Meet the Species
Thistilians
Thistilians are sentient plants with no known homeworld. Different types are found on various planets, and they may be indigenous to the New Cluster. The gas emitted from their spores allows Thistilians to telepathically communicate with anyone who inhales it.
Aphoticans
Because Aphotica is an ocean world, the Aphoticans have adapted to breathing air and water. Their organically-domed cities are built on enormous lily pads. Early Aphoticans claim to have witnessed an astronomical event that inspired the Prophecy of Six Species.
Excavorans
Avoiding the harsh desert sun of Excavor, these giant armored mammals live in underground tunnel systems. Excavorans can curl up and roll on their shells, and the Atomicans say they're as big as rhinos from Old Earth. Excavorans are tranquil people, and they sometimes walk on all four limbs.
Rampant
Across the humid bogs of Rampantium, the insectoid Rampant dwell in enormous, swarming hive cities. Rampant tend to be combative and reclusive, so they build their homes in hard-to-reach places where flightless species cannot reach them as easily.
Zealians
The city of Zeal Combata is just as grand and ornate as its reptilian inhabitants. Zealians tower over every other species, with an average height three times that of Atomicans. Zealians are highly aggressive, but cast out violent "Warmongers" from their society.
Atomicans
Transported from Old Earth, the Atomicans fulfilled the Prophecy as the sixth species transported. Their city, Atomica, was full of advanced technology that other species did not have. They quickly formed the New Cluster Assembly in an attempt to unite all the homeworlds into one governing body.
Hone Cyberis
The Cyberis androids were created to help Atomicans. Many of them became sentient and left their posts to form their own hidden society called the Honeworld. Some argue that they are a seventh species, thus breaking the Prophecy and starting the War of Reduction.
